The tea-time at Le San Régis is created by Chef Jessica Prealpato, who was named "Best Pastry Chef in the World" in 2019 by the World's 50 Best Restaurants ranking and "Pastry Chef of the Year" by the Gault & Millau guide in the same year. She has crafted the ideal afternoon delight for the occasion of San Régis's 100th anniversary.
